If You
Need A Product To Sell...
Here Are Three
Ways to Get One:

Make
It Yourself - This
requires a lot of time and skill and a moderate amount of money to create
the product and the marketing materials to promote it. And it will take
a long time to develop it before you can put it out for sale. Plus, if
the product doesn't sell, then you've wasted all that time and money.

Buy
At Wholesale - This
doesn't give you much profit, especially if you'll be selling by mail.
Experts agree that you need a 5-10 times markup to succeed in mail order.
That's because the marketing costs to first-time customers can easily be
50-60% of your selling price. So, if you are buying at wholesale and only
get a 25-50% discount, you are losing money. The only way you can make
this work is if you sell it as a back-end to your existing customers or
for back-of-room sales at a seminar (assuming you don't have to share the
revenue with the promoter).

It! -
This is by far the best way. You get your product instantly and at very
little cost compared to what it would cost to develop one yourself. Plus
you get ready-made marketing materials -- although you should check on
this because not all licenses come with tested marketing materials and
it can be very costly to develop them on your own. Since you get ready-to-print
master materials for the product, all you have to pay for is the cost of
duplicating/printing just as if it was a product you developed yourself!

License - Licenses
you to reprint and sell an unlimited number of the retail product during
the ten year license period.

License -
Licenses you to sell an unlimited number of Reprint Licenses as well as
an unlimited number of retail products during the license period. License
period is for seven years.

Distributor License -
You can sell an unlimited number of Relicensing Licenses, Reprint Licenses
and retail products during the license period. License period is for ninety-nine
years.

This is a product that sells for $297. It consists of 12 one-hour audio
cassettes, 7 manuals and a one-hour video tape. Your cost to duplicate
it for resale is about $20 in reasonably small quantities (he supplies
you with a resource directory that shows you how to get it done for this
amount or less). So, you make $277 on every sale, after deducting the product
cost. |

The Reprint License is a 10 year license for only $1997 - that amounts
to only $197 a year! You can also wholesale the retail product for whatever
you want and to whoever you want during the license period. For more information

Or, you can get a Relicensing License. This would entitle you to
sell an unlimited number of the $1997 ten-year
Reprint Licenses.
You would also be able to sell an unlimited number of $297 products at
retail or wholesale. This license is only $6997 and is good for ten years. |

The Master Distributor License for the Marketing Made-Easy Workshop
is only $37,700 and entitles you to sell an unlimited number of $6997 Relicensing
Licenses and $1997 ten-year
Reprint Licenses, and $297 Retail
products. This is a 99 year license. |
